For more than 25 years, Mindi has explored the world. Travel has taken her across the Mediterranean, through Northern Europe, and to every island in the Caribbean. Mindi has fallen in love with the rhythm of international travel, the ease and excitement of cruising, and the way each destination leaves its own imprint. And while she adores discovering new corners of the globe, Maui will always hold a special place in her heart as her favorite U.S. getaway.
Mindi turned her lifelong passion into her profession and began her journey as a travel advisor with She Plans Travel Co. The goal: to help others fall in love with travel. Whether it’s a first-time cruiser, a family seeking the perfect island escape, or a seasoned traveler ready for their next big adventure, Mindi loves crafting experiences that feel personal, effortless, and unforgettable.
Outside of travel planning, Mindi is a pediatric nurse manager, a dedicated baker, and an avid reader—roles that have taught her patience, creativity, attention to detail, and the joy of caring for others. Those same qualities shape the way Mindi supports her clients, ensuring every trip is thoughtfully designed and stress-free from start to finish.
