Joanie specializes in vacations to Mexico, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Alaska, and cruise travel. Before entering the travel industry, Joanie spent 18 years managing elementary school libraries, where she developed a passion for helping others learn, explore, and discover new possibilities.
After retiring from the school system, she began working at a travel agency in Muskegon, Mi, where she spent 10 years helping clients plan memorable vacations. She later joined She Plans Travel Co, bringing with her years of industry experience and a strong commitment to personalized service.
Joanie has firsthand travel experience throughout Mexico, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, St. Martin, Alaska and Hawaii along with many cruise destinations. Since becoming a travel advisor, she has sailed on 14 cruises, giving her valuable insight into cruise lines, ships, and ports around the Caribbean, Alaska and Hawaii and the South Pacific.
